Fall armyworm is a notorious invasive pest which affects mainly on maize. It attacks in early stage of plant and larvae move downwards to leaf sheath and feeds on inner tissue. Further bores into stem and feed on inner surface. This results in reduction of plant growth and cut-down the overall yield by 70-80%.
